We all love our sleep.  It is a basic necessity of life and is as important as air, food and water is to our health and well being.  In the past century, we have significantly reduced our time for sleep. However, our need to sleep for our brain and body have not changed.  Join Dr. Nardine Bekhit to learn the basics of sleep and how to promote a healthy lifestyle while catching your ZZZZZZs.
